Your Wellness Journey
I'm so glad you're here. It's nice to meet you and I look forward to learning more about you. Let me just dive right in and tell you where I'm coming from and how I "see" things.
Here's what I believe:
If you are walking this earth with air in your lungs and blood in your veins, then you have a purpose and an important reason for being here. We all need your unique talents, gifts, and personality to make this world a better place. But you can't be your best and do the job you were born to do if you are not WELL. That's where I come in.
I have a unique purpose, too. My job is to help YOU be the best possible version of yourself so you can live your BEST LIFE; and in doing so, we all win. You'll be amazed at how extraordinary you are when the layers that are creating barriers are pulled back to reveal your optimal personal wellness and happiness. It takes courage to really look at what is keeping you from greatness, to let it go, and to choose a different path. Be brave. You can do this. And I am honored to take this journey with you.
What is Wellness?
Pillars of Holistic Wellness
Food is medicine. What we eat impacts our health beyond just weight loss. To answer your question: No, you don't have to eat kale. We'll uncover the unique nutrition plan your body needs to thrive with foods you love to eat.
You say you don't like exercise? I promise we'll find something that will work for you (you may even start to enjoy it!).
Lack of sleep is the hidden enemy of wellness and has the ability to kibosh the best-laid wellness plan. You cannot be well without the proper amount of sleep. Period. So get your favorite pillow ready! You're going to be getting a lot more zzzzzzzzzzs.
I know you're busy. I get it. For wellness to be a priority, it has to be high on your ToDo list. We'll figure out how to adjust some things to make that happen.
Stress throws our hormones out of whack, effects our sleep, nutrition, exercise, and causes a myriad of other health issues. It also makes us miserable! Let's get it under control.
